Keto Mini Cauliflower Thin Pizzas Recipe – Just 4 net carbs! A low carb keto pizza recipe that is ready in 5 minutes! Paleo, gluten free, grain free, sugar free, clean eating, real food.
The cauliflower thins obsession continues! Now let’s use them to make mini low carb pizzas that take just 5 minutes, are only 4 net carbs and taste just like the real deal!! This keto pizza recipe is so easy and so yummy! The thins make the perfect quick and easy keto pizza crust and are perfect for the whole family (my kids LOVE them!).
Keto Mini Pizzas
You just need 4 ingredients: cauliflower thins (can get at Trader Joe’s or on Amazon!), jarred marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni (I cut them into small triangles so they fit better). I also had some fresh basil in my garden that I added on. But really, the topping possibilities are endless!
Toast up the thins in your toaster, assemble your pizzas, then broil for just 2 minutes until bubbling and golden brown!
You are going to LOVE these! Satisfies all your pizza cravings!
Keto Mini Cauliflower Thin Pizzas
- 2 cauliflower thins, Trader Joe's makes one, or Outer Aisle Gourmet sells them on Amazon!
- 2 tablespoons jarred marinara sauce
- 4 pepperonis, cut into small triangles
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- fresh basil for topping, optional
- Toast the Cauliflower Thins in the toaster. PRO TIP! I put my toaster on it's side so the thins stay flat. Otherwise they kind of sag down as they're toasting if you keep the toaster upright.
- Set your oven to BROIL.
- Place the toasted cauliflower thins in a rimmed baking sheet. Top each cauliflower thin with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- BROIL for just 2-3 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a minute or 2. Top with fresh basil (optional) and enjoy!

Not a comment, but a question. Have you made any casserole type dishes with the cauliflower thins you can share? thinking like version of an eggplant parmesan or a mexican/ tortilla lasagna?
I haven’t but I love that idea! I think they’d work great as a swap for that!

I haven’t but that’s actually such a good idea! I think they’d work great as a noodle replacement in lasagna. Smart!
So good! The cauliflower thin did not get as crispy as I would have liked. Any suggestions?
Hi Suzanne! In the notes at the bottom, I gave this tip: “Toast the Cauliflower Thins in the toaster. PRO TIP! I put my toaster on its side so the thins stay flat. Otherwise they kind of sag down as they’re toasting if you keep the toaster upright.” Try that and see if it works!
Just made these for lunch today, and they made my pizza deprived self DELIRIOUSLY happy! Ran out and bought the ingredients after you posted the Instagram story! Worked perfectly with my weekly shopping trip! And you’re right, Natalie! Instantly brought back high school memories of bagel and English muffin pizzas! Delicious!
Yeah! I am so glad you have already made the pizzas Kate. They do so remind me of english muffin pizzas! So happy you enjoyed them.
I love how Natalie demos her recipes on IG and shows the finished product BEFORE starting the demo. This is not something I see other food bloggers do and I LOVE it and appreciate it so much because it gives me a glimpse of what to expect while watching. Love her and her recipes. Can’t wait to try this one.
Thank you so much Elle! I am so glad you appreciate that I put the finished product first. I am such a visual person that I like to see what I am going to be making in advance. It also helps me decide if I want to watch the demo or not. So glad you like this feature. The pizzas are so yummy! I sure hope you enjoy them!
So good!! I also love everything in this blog!
Yeah! I’m so glad you have already made and enjoyed the cauliflower pizzas Alin. Aren’t they yummy? Thank you for your kind words about my recipes. I am so glad you like them.
