Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon {3 Ingredients!}

  • (4) 6-ounce wild caught salmon filets
  • 1/2 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees with the oven rack in the middle. Preheat an oven safe skillet over medium high heat.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mustard and maple syrup. Set aside.
  3. Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Add the coconut oil to the pan. Cook the salmon (skin side UP if it has skin) for just 2 minutes to get a crust. Flip the salmon, top with the maple mustard sauce, and bake in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees. The baking time will depend on how thick your salmon is, but generally around 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
