1–1/2 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon cocoa butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons monk fruit
pinch of kosher salt
4 drops peppermint extract, optional (love this around Christmas time!)
coconut whipped cream topping, optional
Serve warm, topped with coconut whipped cream.
If you don’t have cocoa butter, you can substitute coconut oil! Use refined coconut oil if you don’t like the taste of coconut.
