Paleo + Whole30 Bulletproof Creamy Cashew Coffee

1.5 cups warm brewed coffee (I prefer dark roast)

1/3 cup raw organic cashews

2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

1 tablespoon MCT oil

1 tablespoon grass fed ghee


Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds.

Pour in a glass and enjoy!


If your diet allows, you can add in 1 pitted date, or 1 tablespoon date paste or honey or maple syrup or coconut sugar (leave out if doing whole30)
