I’m serious.
I want to put this sauce on everything! And I do. It is amazing on chicken, steak, fish and roasted vegetables. It is citrusy, nutty and bright and my new favorite thing for fall.
All spring and summer I was loving my paleo + whole30 herby green dressing to put on salads, meat and fish. But now that it’s fall I’m craving more cozy and warm flavors. This Whole30 + Keto orange parsley sauce is really doing the trick for me.
It is simple to make, and the food processor does all the work for me. I combine parsley, pecans, orange zest, orange juice, garlic, salt and olive oil. Blend it all up and it’s ready!
It’s like a fun spin on my Whole30 + Keto Pesto, so if you love that you’re really going to love this.
Not only is this Whole30 + Keto orange parsley sauce delicious, but so healthy! Paleo, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, sugar free, soy free, vegan, clean eating, real food.

Rich information, that’s really good, I’m looking for it, thanks for sharing.
Thanks you! So glad you enjoyed it.
Would you say substituting the pecans for walnuts or cashews would work? Or would it completely change the flavor combos? Thanks!
I haven’t recipe tested the sauce with any nut but pecans, but I think it would work just fine. Sure it would alter the flavor a little, but it would still be very delicious Rebecca!
I made this to put on top of pork chops.. AMAZING!! It is giving food I’ve grown bored with so much flavor!! It was super easy to make and had the easiest cleanup.

So delicious and easy. I used this sauce as a baste and side sauce with grilled salmon. The flavor profile was perfect with salmon. I brushed it over the top of my salmon before grilling and then served it on the side. So bright and fresh perfect for spring or anytime.

Oh my the orange parsley sauce would be fantastic on duck Jessica! Yum! I’ll have to try that.
Made this tonight to go with our steak! I was following one of your meal plan weeks and it called for this as a sauce. It was delicious over steak. You don’t need a lot of it though. I like parsley but I only need a little bit to enjoy it. Super easy sauce to make. I used my nutribullet to mix it. Still haven’t invested in a good processed. My nutribullet usually does the trick. Thanks for posting and sharing the recipe!
