I want to put this sauce on everything! And I do. It is amazing on chicken, steak, fish and roasted vegetables. It is citrusy, nutty and bright and my new favorite thing for fall.
All spring and summer I was loving my paleo + whole30 herby green dressing to put on salads, meat and fish. But now that it’s fall I’m craving more cozy and warm flavors. This paleo + whole30 orange parsley sauce is really doing the trick for me.
It is simple to make, and the food processor does all the work for me. I combine parsley, pecans, orange zest, orange juice, garlic, salt and olive oil. Blend it all up and it’s ready!

1 cup packed parsley leaves, some stems ok
1/2 cup roasted, unsalted pecans
2/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
zest from 1 orange (about 2 tablespoons)
Kitchen Equipment Needed:
Food processor with S-blade attachment
Serve on meat, seafood or vegetables! Delicious on everything!
Will keep in an airtight container for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for 6 months.
