Whole30 + Keto Orange Parsley Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed parsley leaves, some stems ok
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted, unsalted pecans
  • zest from 1 orange
  • juice from 1 orange, about 1/4 cup
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your food processor, and blend until the mixture resembles pesto. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. Serve on meat, seafood or vegetables! Delicious on everything!
  3. Will keep in an airtight container for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for 6 months.
