Tastes Lovely Keto House Salad

  1. Start by making the dressing in the bottom of the bowl. Combine the marinated onion oil, monk fruit, dijon mustard and salt. Whisk to combine. Taste, and adjust seasoning if needed.
  2. Add in the romaine lettuce, spinach + cucumber. Toss in the dressing.
  3. Enjoy!


If you don’t need it to be keto, you can use any sweetener you want in the dressing. Same measurement, or more to taste. Date paste would make it Whole30!

If you don’t have a batch of marinated onions to use, you can mimic the base with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil, .5 tablespoons red wine vinegar and a pinch of dried oregano.
