Whole30 Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup aged balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon date paste

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Want it tangier? Add more balsamic vinegar.Want it lighter tasting? Add more olive oil. Want it sweeter? Add more date paste. Want it saltier? Add more salt.

Store in a pint size mason jar. Will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.
