2 slices of tomato

half an avocado, sliced
2 poached eggs (<- link on how to poach eggs)
Whole30 hollandaise sauce (<- link to hollandaise sauce recipe)
On a plate, assemble the 2 slices of tomato. Top each tomato slice with 1 piece of bacon, slices of avocado, 1 poached egg and top with hollandaise sauce. Enjoy!
