  1. Spread all the raw nuts in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast at 350ºF until turning golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add the warm nuts straight from the oven to your food processor, along with 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Process for 10 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping down the bowl a few times when needed.
  3. Store in a pint mason jar in the fridge for at least 4 weeks.

Notes

This is the food processor I have and love! It can for sure handle running for 10 minutes straight, and the warm nuts straight out of the oven.

I get all my organic, raw nuts at Costco, they have the best price by far.

You can use your high speed blender to make this also! I prefer my food processor since it is easier to scrape out all the nut butter when it’s done. Don’t want to waste a drop of it!
