  1. In your food processor, blend 1 bag at a time until fine bread crumbs. Repeat with the remaining 4 bags.
  2. Store in an airtight container, I prefer this 1.5 quart container.
  3. Use as a 1:1 ratio substitute for any recipe that calls for panko or bread crumbs.

Notes

Make sure you get salt pork rinds, and not a flavor like BBQ or Jalapeno, etc.
