Here is my whole30 + keto weekly meal plan for the 2nd week of January, 2019.

Lunches are always leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) the dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs
This week, I spent $114.33 on groceries at Sprouts. I already had a well stocked freezer with meat, so I didn’t have to pick up much protein, mostly produce.

Do you snack during the day, and if so how much and what? I’m struggling making it through the day without getting hungry.
