I lost 2 lbs the first week without changing my current exercise habits – which are walking, hiking or going to the gym two or three times a week. I think I’ve lost a little bit more from how my clothes are fitting, I don’t have a scale so I’ll weigh myself at the gym next time I go and post. All I have done is follow Natalie’s recipes most of the time when I cook at home, 3 or 4 times a week. When we are out, we have been cheating a little bit, or I know I would have lost more. I’m a foodie, so I was skeptical about converting to mostly Whole30 Keto for our household, but Natalie’s recipes are soooo delicious, it makes it much easier. I’m going to look at her dessert recipes next (is there such a thing?) I bet she has some.
Hi Michelle – Wow! Congratulations on your weight loss! That is absolutely amazing! I am so happy you enjoy my recipes because it is SO much easier when you eat at home. It sounds like you are very active and that is just fantastic. Keep up the good work! I am so proud of you!
