  • In your high speed blender, blend the ice cubes until they are completely crushed and look like snow.
  • Add in the coconut milk, cacao powder, almond butter and monk fruit. Blend until completely smooth
  • Pour in a bowl and enjoy!

Notes

If you coconut milk is separated into solids and liquid in the can, stir it all together.
You can substitute other non-dairy milks. I prefer coconut milk because it has the most fat.
If you're not worried about this being keto, you can substitute other sweeteners like date paste, maple syrup, coconut sugar or even regular sugar.
