  • 1 batch spicy Mexican coleslaw <- link to recipe
  • low carb taco wrap of choice my favorite is jicama wraps from Trader Joe's!
  • fresh lime chopped white onion, sliced jalapenos + chopped cilantro for topping

Low Carb Taco Wrap Options: My favorite taco wrap is the jicama wraps from Trader Joe's. These are Whole30 friendly too! They're in the refrigerated section next to the chopped veggies at my Trader Joe's. Butter lettuce and romaine lettuce are always great keto + Whole30 friendly options too. You can also use low carb tortillas, Trader Joe's and Mission have their own versions, but these are not Whole30 friendly.
Coleslaw: My spicy Mexican coleslaw is delicious, Whole30 + keto friendly! If you want an even easier option, you could get a bag of coleslaw mix and the Cilantro Salad Dressing from Trader Joe's (with the refrigerated dressings). Such an easy coleslaw! (The salad dressing is not Whole30 friendly)
