In the bottom of a salad bowl, add the dressing ingredients. Whisk with a fork to combine.
On top of the dressing, add in all the salad ingredients. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
Notes
Nut Butter: My favorite nut butter to use for this is my mixed nut butter. Almond butter, sunflower butter, peanut butter, etc would all work. Use what you have!
