- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch of salt & pepper
Make the vinaigrette by combining the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt & pepper in the bottom of your salad bowl. Stir to combine.
