Expert Tips

  • If you've never cut up a mango or papaya before, be sure to watch the recipe video to see how!
  • If you’re using ripe fruit, there shouldn’t be any need for additional sweetener. However, you can use agave or honey to sweeten it if needed.

Serving Tips

Serve this delicious salsa by itself with tortilla chips on top of fish, as a condiment for tacos or burritos, or however else you love fruit salsa (I could eat it with a spoon!).

Storage Tips

Store leftover mango papaya salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Leftovers will keep for up to 1 week.
