Paleo Lemonade

No refined sugar, sweetened with maple syrup! Just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups lemon juice I prefer meyer lemons
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 5 cups water

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine all ingredients and stir to combine. Serve cold over ice with a wedge of lemon and fresh mint (optional).

Notes

You can also sweeten the lemonade with honey or coconut sugar, but I prefer maple syrup. Coconut sugar changes the color of the lemonade to a darker color, FYI.
