Ingredients

  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 pieces cooked bacon
  • 1/2 an avocado sliced
  • 2 poached eggs
  • 2 tablespoons hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  • On a plate, assemble the 2 slices of tomato. Top each tomato slice with 1 piece of bacon, slices of avocado, 1 poached egg and top with hollandaise sauce. Enjoy!

Notes
