Ingredients

  • 1 Trader Joe's chile lime chicken burger
  • 2 oz guacamole
  • half the bag of organic lettuce blend
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro dressing
  • 1/2 a bell pepper thinly sliced
  • pantry staple needed: 1 tablespoon of ghee or olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  • Cook the patties by heating your cast iron skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the ghee to the skillet, and cook the chile lime chicken burger (straight from frozen) for 2-3 minutes per side.

  • Make the salad while the chicken burger is cooking. In a medium size bowl, toss the lettuce and bell pepper with the cilantro dressing.

  • Serve by transfer the salad to a plate. Top with the cooked chile lime chicken burger and guacamole.
