Simple Grilled Asparagus

- 1 pound asparagus spears
- 1 tbs olive oil
- salt & pepper
1. Preheat grill to medium heat
2. Separate the woodsy ends of the asparagus from the tender spears by placing your fingers on either end where you think they should separate, then gently bend them and they will snap at right spot every time
3. Place trimmed spears on a plate and drizzle with 1 tbs olive oil, roll to coat, and sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Grill on BBQ, tossing every 30 seconds until the asparagus gets grill marks and is still crisp tender, about 3 minutes
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately
