- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
- 1/2 cup Heinz BBQ Carolina Vinegar Style Tangy BBQ sauce
- 8 slices of bacon cooked crispy
- onion rings
- 1 avocado sliced
- 4 big romaine lettuce leaves
Preheat grill over medium high heat and clean the grates.
In a medium size bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and form into 1/2" thick patties.
Grill the patties on the grill until desired doneness. I like my burgers medium well, and cook about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and allow the patties to rest for 2 minutes.
Place the patties on the burger buns. Top each with 2 tablespoons Heinz BBQ Carolina Vinegar Style Tangy BBQ sauce, sliced avocado, 2 slices of bacon, onion rings and lettuce. Serve warm.
