Paleo Pumpkin Butter
Paleo pumpkin butter sweetened with coconut sugar and maple syrup. Smooth, thick and velvety, and packed with fall flavors.
Servings: 4 .5 cups
- 2 15-ounce cans of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a large sauce pan over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Once bubbling, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 25 minutes. Taste for seasoning, adjust if necessary.
Will keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2 weeks.
