Whole30 Vanilla Latte Coffee

This Whole30 Vanilla Latte Coffee is a dairy free, refined sugar free Whole30 approved and paleo vanilla latte that is better than Starbucks! No fancy equipment needed, just your blender and 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong black coffee hot (I use dark roast made in a french press)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk use homemade if you can!
  • 1/2 " piece of a vanilla bean
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional, adds fat to curb hunger and a touch of sweetness

Instructions

  • In a high powered blender (I love my Vitamix!), combine all the ingredients and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Serve warm.
  • This is also great served over ice! Or add ice cubes after it's done blending the first time to make it a vanilla frappe!

Notes

It's important to have a high powered blender. The high power will create the foam as it blends for 1 minute! I love my Vitamix and can't recommend it enough!
If not doing a whole30, sweeten it with date paste or maple syrup or coconut sugar!
