Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender (I love my Vitamix!), and blend on high speed for 90 seconds.
Serve warm, and optionally top with coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

If not doing a whole30, you can sweeten this with date paste, maple syrup, monk fruit or coconut sugarI put my coconut whipped cream in a bag with a star tip attachment to make it look fancy : )
