Herby Green Dressing (Paleo, Whole30)
A light and refreshing dressing made with parsley, mint, basil and cilantro. A healthier Green Goddess Dressing that is delicious on salads, meat and vegetables!

- 1/2 packed cup basil leaves
- 1/2 packed cup mint leaves
- 1/2 packed cup parsley leaves some stems ok
- 1/2 packed cup cilantro leaves some stems ok
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk (store bought ok too)
- 1/4 cup paleo + whole30 mayonnaise store bought ok too
- 1 or 2 tablespoons lemon juice from 1 juicy lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Kitchen Equipment Needed:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until combined. Store in a pint size mason jar. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
Use as a salad dressing, marinade for meat or seafood, on top of roasted veggies, as a dip for raw veggies, the possibilities are endless!
