Paleo + Whole30 Mocha

A clean eating mocha coffee drink made in your blender! Made with dairy free almond milk. Sugar free and vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong black coffee hot (I use dark roast made in a french press)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or canned coconut cream if you want it richer!
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Serve warm. Or over ice for an iced mocha. Or add in a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again for a frappe!

Notes

If you're not doing a whole30, you can sweeten this with 1 tablespoon date paste, pure maple syrup, or coconut sugar.
