Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups warm brewed coffee I prefer dark roast
  • 1/3 cup raw organic cashews
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon grass fed ghee

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy!
