Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic raw unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup organic chicken stock link to my homemade, which is the BEST!
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning link to my homemade, which is sugar and chemical free
  • 4- ounce can organic diced green chiles the chiles AND the juice in the can

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in your high speed blender. Blend on high speed for for 90 seconds,
  • Serve room temperature, or heat on the stove to serve warm. If heating in the microwave, do it in 10 second intervals stirring after frequently to avoid it getting chunky.
  • Use as a dip or sauce on your favorite Mexican dish.
  • Will keep in an airtight refrigerator for 7 days.

Notes

My high speed blender does a great job breaking down the raw almonds. I don't need to soak them. If you don't have a high speed blender, you'll want to soak your cashews in water overnight, or do a quick soak in boiling water for 1 hour.
