This is a no mess, no cleanup, no fuss oven baked bacon hack that will change the way you cook bacon!

  • 1 pack sugar-free bacon


  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the bacon in an even layer (not overlapping).
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the bacon is the amount of crispiness you desire. No need to flip the bacon while baking.
  • Transfer the cooked bacon to paper towels to drain and cool. Enjoy!
  • Pour the bacon grease (pork fat) into an airtight container and save to use as cooking oil! Great for scrambled eggs!
