Ingredients

  • 2 14-ounce cans fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles
  • 1 cup onion chopped (can use yellow, white or red)
  • 1 cup packed cilantro large stems removed
  • 1/2 jalapeno ribs + seeds removed (or more for spicier)
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until combined.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Will keep in an airtight container or pint mason jar for at least 1 week.
