Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise link to homemade, the absolute best!
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove grated or finely minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper or more to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl, or pint mason jar. Stir to combine.
  • Enjoy immediately!
  • Will keep in an airtight container for at least 1 week.
