These Keto Crispy Roasted Chicken Drumsticks + Wings Recipe shares the secret to roasting chicken wings + drumsticks so they turn out crispy and perfect every time!
Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set in the wire rack. (The wire rack is important to ensure air circulates around the chicken and the skin gets crispy!)
Season your drumsticks + wings generously with salt + pepper, or your favorite dry rub.
Place the chicken on the wire rack. Roast for 30 minutes, flip, then roast another 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Serve warm. Leftovers will keep in an airtight container for at least 5 days.
