Pepperoni Pizza with Mushrooms


  1. Preheat your oven to 500ºF. Place a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet (I love this so the air can circulate under the pizza crust and get it extra crispy)
  2. For a crispy crust, par bake the pizza crust for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, top with sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake another 6-8 minutes until the is cheese melted and the edges of the crust are crispy.
  4. Slice and enjoy!
