Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup packed kale leaves leaves and stems
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium size banana
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until liquefied. Serve.
