I love a seasoning mix. It’s the easiest way to add flavor to a simple dish.
This blackened seasoning is such a favorite! Best part? Since I make it myself it’s not spicy so very kid friendly (and me friendly since I’m a complete spice wimp).
Whole30 + Keto Blackened Seasoning
You can use this blackened seasoning on so many dishes! Great on salmon, pork, chicken, roasted veggies, you name it!

Whole30 + Keto Blackened Seasoning
Ingredients
1 tablespoon each of:
- dried parsley
- dried thyme
- smoked paprika
- dried oregano
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- kosher salt
- if you like yours spicy, add in 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all spices and stir.
- I like to store mine in a 4 ounce mason jar that I label with this erasable label.
- Will keep for at least 1 year.
