Whole30 + Keto California Eggs Benedict
Whole30 + Keto California Eggs Benedict Recipe + Video – a healthy and delicious paleo breakfast! Swap tomato slices for english muffins. Avocado, bacon, poached eggs and a dairy free hollandaise sauce. Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, sugar free, clean eating.
This is the breakfast I would like to eat every day of summer.
This whole30 + keto California eggs benedict is not only healthy, but SO delicious! You don’t even miss the english muffin!
Rather than using english muffins, I’m using summer tomatoes. Which taste way better than any english muffin.
I top it with crispy bacon, which is so much better than canadian bacon. I get my hormone + sugar free bacon from ButcherBox, which I highly recommend! The pig stores any toxins in its fat, so it’s really good to get high quality bacon.
Next top it with sliced avocado + 2 poached eggs.
I have a post on exactly how I poach an egg, and also love this video showing you how. If you’ve never poached an egg before, I promise you can do it!
Last, drizzle on my delicious whole30 + keto hollandaise sauce. It’s made in a mason jar with an immersion blender, and turns out perfect every time!
It uses grass fed ghee instead of butter, but I swear you can’t tell the difference. Plus, it makes this breakfast dairy free!
