Whole30 + Keto Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe – caramelized and golden brown sauteed mushrooms in a cast iron skillet. Paleo, low carb, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, sugar free, clean eating, real food.

Are Mushrooms Whole30 + Keto?

Mushrooms are one of my favorite whole30 + keto side dishes. Perfect along steak, chicken or pork. They’re earthy, umami flavor can’t be beat! They’re whole30 compliant, keto friendly, and a great source of vitamins and minerals. Make sure to always get organic mushrooms!

I love sauteeing my mushrooms in a cast iron skillet with ghee and a little garlic. It gets them perfectly caramelized and golden brown.
