Beer Margaritas with Bud Light Lime
Well friends, today is a very exciting day! This morning Shawn and I boarded a plane and are headed to Maui for 1 whole week! I’m so excited, it almost doesn’t feel real! It’s even more exciting, because we’re going up with my sister, her husband, and our great friends Kelly and Kyle. Best friends and an island adventure? Yes please!
Shawn and I have been so busy all summer long, between moving and filming weddings almost every weekend, I couldn’t be happier that we are #upforwhatever no matter what the summer brings. And I’m glad this time, it’s a much needed Hawaiian vacation.
Earlier in the summer the 6 of us decided we deserved a little vacation. What fun is summer without a little spontaneous adventure? We rented a house in Maui, got the plane tickets, and are in for a very exciting week. I can’t wait to slip my toes in the sand, read a good book, and drink an ice cold beer (or two, or three!) and enjoy everything that this vacation has in store for us.
I’ll of course be enjoying my fair share of my new favorite beer, Bud Light Lime. Bud Light Lime is a beer with a refreshing twist of lime flavor. It is one of my favorite beers to drink when I’m out with friends having a fun night on the town. When you’re #upforwhatever, Bud Light Lime is the perfect beer–your ticket to spontaneous summer fun. Be sure to check out the new sleek cans from Bud Light Lime!

Cheers to a week of snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing (the boys), laying out and tanning (the girls), eating great food and enjoying many, many beers and cocktails while watching the sunset over the ocean. Or in this case, beer cocktails!
As if Bud Light Lime wasn’t tasty enough on its own, if you pour it over ice, add in some tequila and lime juice, you have the most delicious beer margaritas. Because what’s better than adding beer to your favorite cocktail? Do yourself a favor, buy yourself some Bud Light Lime and make these beer margaritas.

How fun and lucky are you!. I’ve been to Hawaii back in 2004 and it was wonderful. We stayed on Oahu and i’ve heard Maui is much more beautiful. Enjoy your time there with good friends!! Much deserved vacation for Shawn and you!! :) Safe travels dear!

Dude, right on there brroteh.
I hope you have the most amazing time in Hawaii, Natalie. I remember your posts about planning your Hawaii vacation and can’t believe it’s finally here. I’ve never been, but I can’t wait to go sometime in the future. For now, I am anxiously awaiting your pics :). Safe travels & cheers, my friend!

Okay, next time pack me in your suitcase! Sounds incredible!!! Hawaii is on my to go list one day. Looks just so gorg. And this drink? Holy smokes. SO thirst quenching and party-worthy. Have a great vacay, girl!!!
Oh I am so, so jealous of your vacation!! I haven’t been on a vacation in over a year and a half… which, if you ask me, is WAY too long. Our last vacation was our belated honeymoon to Hawaii and it was amazing. We visited Oahu and Kauai, though, so Maui is definitely still on my list of place I NEED to visit!! I’d love one of these margs on the beach right about now. Have so much fun!!
Ooo I’m so jealous! You all have fun and post pics when you get back! I haven’t tried this beer but I’ve discovered those Bud-a-Ritas (I don’t think that’s the official name, but it’s what I call them) and they are so good! I’ve already picked up an 18-pack in anticipation of my beach vacation coming up. I’ve got to try this one and I love how you can add tequila…hello party time!
I was wondering if you were down there already :) Have a fantastic vacation. I’ll be in Mexico in just a few days. Can’t wait to read about your adventures.

Gosh, girl, I could go for one of these tonight ;) I reeeally hope you are not having your vacation ruined by hurricanes!! We were in Cuba during hurricane Sandy, so we’re thinking about you guys!
I bet this post really got you in the mood for your holiday, Nathalie!
I can just imagine you lying on the beach right now, sunglasses and bikini on and with one of these in hand.
They sound perfect for a summer chill-out.
Hope you have a wonderful time!

Oh boy I am so hoping you missed the hurricanes! If not, I’m thinking a future blog post of that will be necessary! Also, how do you get beer sponsors! I want a Chardonnay sponsor!! :)

I’m so jealous that you are in Maui right now!! My husband and I went there on our honeymoon and completely fell in love with it. I have no doubt that you are having such an awesome time there right now! Make sure to share you photos with us when you get back, so we can live vicariously through you! Since I can’t be in Maui right now, I will settle for enjoying one of these tasty margaritas instead :)
What a great use for BLL! These look so delicious and refreshing, and I love how easy they are to make! I hope you have an amazing trip – can’t wait to see pictures! I went to Maui for my honeymoon – you are making me want to go back!
Natalie, I am so glad to know that I am not the only one to use beer in my margaritas! I have been doing this for years and it just smooths them out into deliciousness. Whenever I have told anyone how I made it they always think it is so weird. However, they guzzle them down. :)
margs with bud lite = this is why I digg you Nat!!! what a fabooshy recipe :)
BLL is a favorite beverage in our house. Love that you combined it with another one of my faves, the marg. :) Can’t wait to hear allllllllll about this fabulous vacay!
