Whole30 + Keto Mixed Nut Butter
Whole30 + Keto Mixed Nut Butter Recipe + Video – my favorite nut combination for a nut butter that tastes the closest to peanut butter. Made in your food processor! Paleo, low carb, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, sugar free, clean eating, real food.
This Whole30 + Keto Mixed Nut Butter is hands down my favorite nut butter! It is a combination of 3 kinds of nuts, and it tastes the closest to peanut butter. I can’t stop making it!
I make all my own homemade nut butters. It’s cheaper, tastier, plus you don’t have to worry about mixing the separated oils. In the past, I’ve shared my almond butter, cashew butter and pecan butter. But this mixed nut one is hands down my favorite!
Homemade Nut Butter In A Food Processor
By using your food processor, making homemade nut butter couldn’t be easier! This one is ready after 10 minutes of blending!
Don’t worry, your food processor can handle the long running time. I’ve made homemade nut butter easily 100 times and never had an issue.
You can make this is your high speed blender too! I just prefer my food processor because it is easier to scrape it all out. Don’t want to waste a drop!

This is so good! And I just love the smell of the nuts when they come out of the oven :)
So glad you like it Lindsey! It does smell heavenly!
So easy!! I messed up and bought walnuts instead of pecans, but it still turned out great! I’ll never buy nut butter from the store again!
Actually walnuts make a very delicious nut butter Ashley. I to never buy store bought now. Homemade is so much better!
This is the BEST nut butter. It was extremely easy and quick to make. It is so smooth and creamy, even when put in the fridge. I was nervous because other nut butter always dries out so quickly. My husband is obsessed with it and he never likes anything but peanut butter.
I love to hear that it is easy to make and turns out smooth and creamy Audra. That is exactly how I want it to be. I am so glad your husband likes it too!

So glad the second batch turned out well for you Crissy! Once you overcook a nut, there is no going back. LOL! I can’t even tell you how many nuts I have burned. Ugh! I too could eat the whole batch! So glad you enjoy my recipes!
I try to make this last, but it just vanishes! I now ALWAYS have pecans, almonds and cashews on my grocery list or in the pantry. Making nut butter has become a weekly task! Thank you for this easy, delicious recipe, Natalie!

My FAVORITE nut butter. So easy to make (my kitchen smelled like a wonderful bakery while the nuts were roasting) and really delicious. I’ve eaten it plain, with fruit, with chocolate, and made an amazing “peanut” sauce with it …. thank you for this recipe!
Thanks so much for pointing out the wonderful aroma that surrounds your home as you roast the nuts Konika! It really does smell heavenly! There are so many ways to enjoy it too! I think my favorite is with fresh berries.
This is so yummy! I’ll have to get a new food processor because my little mini one didn’t handle it so well – had to do it in batches and take breaks to let it cool down! Still turned out amazing and creamy. Thanks so much!
It’s a great excuse to get a new food processor Emma. You deserve it!
