I love having a quick and delicious snack on hand.

This whole30 + keto nuts + coconut trail mix is my newest favorite.

Whole30 + Keto Trail Mix

The ingredients in this trail mix or so simple. Just nuts + coconut chips.

I like using raw, organic nut that I roast myself. I don’t salt them because I prefer dry roasted nuts when snacking. Roasting them gives them a more intense flavor and a crisp bite.

This is my favorite rimmed baking sheet I use for roasting the nuts. The baking sheet is stainless steel, so toxic free! It’s important to use a rimmed baking sheet so the nuts to fall off while roasting.

Once it’s made, I store mine in this stand up stasher bag. Lasts for at least 4 weeks in the pantry!

Whole30 + Keto Nuts + Coconut Trail Mix

2 cups unsweetened coconut chips

1 cup organic raw almonds

1 cup organic raw cashews

1 cup raw pecans


On a rimmed baking sheet, combine all the nuts and coconut chips. Toss to combine.

Put the rimmed baking sheet in a cold oven. Turn your oven on to 350ºF. Roast for 15-18 minutes, until toasty and golden brown.

Store in an airtight container, I especially love this stasher bag to store it. Will keep on the shelf for at least 4 weeks.


When I’m giving this to my kids, I’ll also add in some organic raisins and Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips. They love it!
