Here is my whole30 + keto weekly meal plan for the 2nd week of November, 2019.

Lunches are always leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) the dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs
This week, I spent $194.19 on groceries. $158.47 at Costco, and $35.72 at Sprouts.
I get a majority of my meat from ButcherBox (which I highly recommend! Best organic, hormone + antibiotic free meat + salmon delivered monthly!). I spend $270 a month on ButcherBox, which provides 90% of my meat.
