How To Roast Radishes

This recipe is so simple to make. Just toss radishes in avocado oil, season with salt + pepper, then let the oven do all the work for you.

Raw radishes have a peppery bite, but once roasted they taste so mild and JUST like a potato!

Ingredients 
 

  • 1 pound radishes, cut bite size
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil, or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Toss the radishes in avocado oil. Spread in an even layer on the baking sheet. Season with salt + pepper.
  • Roast for 35-45 minutes, until soft and the edges are crispy.
  • Serve warm. Leftovers will keep in an air tight container refrigerated for at least 5 days.
