Since starting to eat keto, I have really missed roasted potatoes. It was one of my favorite side dishes.
I have found the BEST low carb substitute for potatoes! These whole30 + keto roasted radishes taste just like potatoes! It is blowing MY MIND!
How To Roast Radishes
This recipe is so simple to make. Just toss radishes in avocado oil, season with salt + pepper, then let the oven do all the work for you.
Raw radishes have a peppery bite, but once roasted they taste so mild and JUST like a potato!

Whole30 + Keto Roasted Radishes
Ingredients
- 1 pound radishes, cut bite size
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil, or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Toss the radishes in avocado oil. Spread in an even layer on the baking sheet. Season with salt + pepper.
- Roast for 35-45 minutes, until soft and the edges are crispy.
- Serve warm. Leftovers will keep in an air tight container refrigerated for at least 5 days.

I mean, I shouldn’t even be surprised that I loved this because I love all the recipes you give us. I was skeptical because come on, I typically only use Radishes for posole on New Years but I had some and thought why not roast with my Brussels. Wooooo-eeee. Amazing!
