This is the most delicious tartar sauce, with the cleanest ingredient list. It’s only 2 ingredients! My homemade mayo + my homemade pickles!

You could obviously use store bought versions of both mayo  and pickles. But you can’t beat the taste of homemade!

  • 1 cup mayonnaise, <- link to homemade
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped pickles, <- link to homemade
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice


  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the mayo, chopped pickles + pickle juice. Stir to combine.
  • Serve room temperature or cold over seafoood.
  • Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for at least 1 week.
