Whole30 + Keto Tartar Sauce Ingredients
This is the most delicious tartar sauce, with the cleanest ingredient list. It’s only 2 ingredients! My homemade mayo + my homemade pickles!
You could obviously use store bought versions of both mayo and pickles. But you can’t beat the taste of homemade!

Whole30 + Keto Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise, <- link to homemade
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped pickles, <- link to homemade
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the mayo, chopped pickles + pickle juice. Stir to combine.
- Serve room temperature or cold over seafoood.
- Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for at least 1 week.

I really wanted to like this but it tasted like mayo and pickle. I added onion powder, dried dill and lemon and it was perfect.

I’ve been doing this forever as i don’t like the taste of commercially made tartar sauce!!! I also add lemon pepper seasoning to mine to give more zing!!
