Here is my whole30 + keto weekly meal plan for the 3rd week of November, 2019.

If you’re new to using my weekly menu, here is where I explain how to use my meal plan guide! I include video tutorials showing to to download them, and also how to fill them out. There are also tons of useful meal planning tips and tricks in that post, so be sure to start there!

Lunches are always leftovers. I love cooking once, and eating twice! Make sure you double (or triple!) the dinner recipes so you’ll have enough leftovers for the amount of lunches you need.

Weekly Grocery Haul + Costs

This week, I spent $132.64 on groceries at Sprouts. November 11 was a holiday (veterans day). Shawn had the day off work, so we spent it shooting a whole bunch of recipe videos, which we froze and stocked our freezer. Everything I bought this week was exclusively for the recipe videos we filmed.

We also left for Disneyland on Wednesday, and will be attempting to eat clean keto while traveling!

I get a majority of my meat from ButcherBox (which I highly recommend! Best organic, hormone + antibiotic free meat + salmon delivered monthly!). I spend $270 a month on ButcherBox, which provides 90% of my meat.
