Ingredient Notes
- Zero Carb Lyfe Pizza Crust: The perfect crispy base that’s completely carb-free and ready to load up with all your favorite toppings. Use code TASTESLOVELY for 15% off!
- Pizza sauce, tomato sauce, or marinara sauce: Adds that classic tomatoey goodness and ties all the flavors together. If you’re out, feel free to use pesto, alfredo, or even ranch for a fun and different pizza combo.
- Mozzarella cheese: Melts into gooey, cheesy perfection and holds everything in place. Dairy-free cheese or a sprinkle of Parmesan are great swaps if needed.
- Pepperoni slices: Pepperoni is a classic pizza topping that I personally love. Any meat works here, though. You can use ground turkey, ground chicken, sausage, and/or bacon crumbles – use a high-quality protein for the best flavor and result. You can also leave the meat out altogether for a vegetarian pizza!
- Mushrooms: Add a hearty, earthy bite and sneak in a little veggie goodness. Bell peppers, black olives, or spinach are great veggie toppings as well.

How to Make This Crustless Pizza Recipe
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 500ºF and place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. For extra crispiness, I love using a wire rack on top of the baking sheet to let the air circulate under the crust!
Step 2: For a crispy crust, bake the zero carb pizza crust for 6-8 minutes in the preheated oven until it’s lightly golden.
Step 3: Remove from the oven, and top with sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake another 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are crispy.
Step 4: Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
Recipe Variations and Expert Tips
- Sprinkle with Italian seasonings or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Don’t forget a drizzle of olive oil for that classic pizza place finish!
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese directly on the crust before adding sauce for extra creaminess, or dollop small amounts on top of your pizza to create pockets of rich flavor.
Serving Tips
This delicious low carb pizza is perfect with a side salad, roasted asparagus, or some crispy french fries. Add a dollop of ranch dressing or marinara for dipping—it’s the best part if you love sauces as much as I do!
Serve this with your favorite dessert and be prepared to be one happy camper!
Storage Tips
If you have any leftovers store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Wrap slices tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep the crust crispy.
Recipe FAQs
No, I do not!
There are a lot of different options for meat. Cooked ground meat like sausage or beef makes a great addition, or try premium chicken breast for a leaner option.
Yes! In my experience, kids love it, because they can make whatever type of pizza they want. It’s a fun way to get them involved in the kitchen too!

Wow, this pizza looks great for everyone trying to stay on track with their keto diet. The crust seems light but still holds up well with toppings, which is a win in my book. I’ve been using Postmates reviews to find new low-carb options in my area, and this one might just make its way to my next order. Have you tried this crust with any other toppings or sauces? Would love to hear how it turned out!

Totally agree! Thank you!
Just got these! Do you thaw the crusts first?
I do not thaw the crusts Katie. I do like to bake them first for about 6 minutes before I add the toppings. I like a very crispy crust. I sure hope you enjoy them!
We love them! We’ve been trying a clean keto diet for about three weeks and we are very tired of cauliflower 🤣 These hit the spot!
