Zero Carb Crust Keto Pizza
Ingredients
Pepperoni Pizza with Mushrooms
- 1 Zero Carb Lyfe Pizza Crust, code TASTESLOVELY for 15% off
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 pepperoni
- 1 mushroom, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF. Place a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet (I love this so the air can circulate under the pizza crust and get it extra crispy)
- For a crispy crust, par bake the pizza crust for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake another 6-8 minutes until the is cheese melted and the edges of the crust are crispy.
- Slice and enjoy!

Just got these! Do you thaw the crusts first?
I do not thaw the crusts Katie. I do like to bake them first for about 6 minutes before I add the toppings. I like a very crispy crust. I sure hope you enjoy them!
