Ok my friends. This is my favorite dessert I’ve been enjoying all summer long. It is so simple, so delicious, and I can make it in just 2 minutes.
Momma loves her healthy treat after getting the kids to bed.
I can’t even explain to you how delicious this combination is.
The creamy, slightly sweet coconut whipped cream topped with a bit of sweet and acidic fresh orange juice. Add on some blueberries. A drizzle of local honey. Ending with a pinch of kosher salt.
They honey and salt combo tastes like a salted caramel.
This would also make an extremely delicious breakfast.
You could leave the honey off, and this would be 100% whole30 compliant!

Salted Honey Blueberries + Coconut Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, or other favorite berry
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the coconut whipped cream, top with fresh orange juice, blueberries, drizzle with honey and season with salt. Enjoy!

Oh my gosh! This already looked so promising, but it was even more delicious than it looked!!! This is definitely going to be my new indulgence for a while! I didn’t have any oranges so omitted that part but still just as delicious! Did it with non chilled coconut cream!! This.Is.AMAZING!
