The creamy, slightly sweet coconut whipped cream topped with a bit of sweet and acidic fresh orange juice. Add on some blueberries. A drizzle of local honey. Ending with a pinch of kosher salt.

They honey and salt combo tastes like a salted caramel.

Ingredients 
 

  • 1/3 cup coconut whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, or other favorite berry
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • pinch of kosher salt

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, add the coconut whipped cream, top with fresh orange juice, blueberries, drizzle with honey and season with salt. Enjoy!
