What I Ate Wednesday – Find out the keto meals I’m eating in my real life for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks!

7am: Hot tea, plain. This is Numi Organic Green Tea.

8:30am: 2 keto breakfast tacos with chorizo, 2 scrambled eggs, shredded grass fed cheese, avocado, homemade salsa on Crepini Egg Thins.

10:30am: Spoonful of my favorite homemade mixed nut butter with an organic Driscoll’s blackberry. Kind of like a keto peanut butter and jelly bite! Had 3 mini spoonfuls like this.

12:30pm: Tuna salad on sliced heirloom tomatoes I got at the farmers market (our tomatoes aren’t quite ready yet!). For my tuna salad I use Wild Planet canned tuna, my homemade mayo, splash of pickle juice, fresh dill and some SUPER finely chopped celery and pickles.

3:30pm: Homemade crispy kale chips using kale from our garden. I season them with just kosher salt. Addicting!

6:30pm: Kiolbassa smoked beef sausage (I get at Costco) grilled on our Traeger Grill, Farmhouse Culture sauerkraut, zucchini from our garden and yellow onion sauteed in olive oil, farmers market heirloom tomatoes, avocado.
