Keto Breakfast Tacos Recipe – just 4 carbs! A low carb breakfast taco using my favorite keto friendly soft taco shell wraps. Paleo, gluten free, grain free, dairy free options, sugar free, clean eating, real food.
Needing a new and exciting low carb breakfast? These keto breakfast tacos are becoming such a favorite!
They’re packed with tons of flavor, and are a great way to to mix it up and have eggs and protein without it feeling boring.
I’m almost always using leftover protein from a dinner. Like my taco meat, carnitas, verde chicken, barbacoa, etc. Or, sometimes I’ll meal prep some bacon, sausage or chorizo for the week to use for these tacos.
Keto Breakfast Taco Tortilla Shell
To keep these low carb and keto friendly, use your favorite low carb wrap! I love using these wraps that I get at Sprouts (they’re in the fridge section with the other gluten free breads by the bakery section). These wraps have a really neutral taste, so perfect vessel to use as a taco shell.
They’re delicate, but I find 1 is fine to use for the taco. If you want it even sturdier, you can use 2 wraps per taco. No need to heat them up like you would a tortilla for tacos. They’re flexible enough room temperature!
Keto Breakfast Taco Toppings
The taco topping possibilities are pretty endless! Along with the breakfast meat and scrambled eggs, I like to top the tacos with shredded cheese, avocado and salsa.

- On your keto friendly wraps, place the breakfast meat, eggs, shredded cheese, avocado and salsa. Serve warm and enjoy!
Wraps: The Crepini wraps are delicate, but I find I only need 1 per breakfast taco. Feel free to use 2 per taco if you want them to be sturdier.
Wraps: No need to heat up the wraps, they’re fine to enjoy room temperature.
Dairy Free: If you need these dairy free, leave off the shredded cheese! Or try drizzling on my dairy free cashew queso!
